Returns & Exchanges


Our Returns & Exchanges policies and procedures are driven by brand specific guidelines.  All inquiries should be made within two (2) calendar days of delivery in order to assist in meeting brand specific requirements.

General Guidelines include the following ~

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please note the additional comments below within Damages and Issues, Exclusions, Cancellations, and Exchanges.  We also have an additional Refund policy.  Please note, specific brands may also incur a re-stocking fee and will be deducted from any refund.

To initiate a request for a return, please contact us at returns@luxuryfloorlamps.com within two (2) calendar days of delivery. If your return request is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, as there are brand specific requirements which need to be met prior to return authorization. An (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number is required in order to return a product.

We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected, to confirm with you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) immediately when they arrive.  If you notice any damage, it is a requirement to make note of it when signing for delivery otherwise your return may not be approved. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is also recommended to take photos of the damage and do not throw any of the packaging away.   Send photos to returns@luxuryfloorlamps.com and we will assist with initiating the insurance claim on your behalf.

Certain types of items cannot be refunded or returned. Examples include:

  • Related shipping charges (e.g., expedited, white glove services, etc.)
  • Customized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items, etc.)
  • Items that have been used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards



All orders cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  Cancellation requests may or may not be approved by specific brands.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges as well.  Returns must follow the Returns & Exchanges policy and brand specific policy. Any approved refund amount will only be issued to the original credit card which was used when the order was placed.


Due to the various brands available from LuxuryFloorLamps.com and their manufacturer guidelines, we do not accept exchanges.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
